To this day, Head Chef George Bonifacio sources the signature greens of Sweet Apple Creations–basil, coriander, and mint–in their own garden, where the beginnings of the food service.
Bonifacio’s mother, a full-blooded Vietnamese who migrated to the Philippines, and his father converted their garden into a small cake and coffee shop. They eventually converted their garage to open an eatery specializing in Vietnamese cuisine, specifically Southern Vietnamese whose palate skews toward the sweet side. The service is further enriched by Chef George’s knowledge in quantity cookery through his experience in Qatar, serving up bestsellers like clear pho, bahn mi, spring rolls, and bang seo and always making the dining experience feel like a meal with your own family.
